1989

The Roots

Established by Patrice Ferrant on the family lands of Rodelinghem (Hauts-de-France). Originally specialized in onion farming, we diversified into distillation to capture the essence of our terroir.

2000s

Innovation

Transition to industrial scale with custom-made stainless steel stills. Launch of the Leek Essential Oil production, becoming a world pioneer.

With 30 tons of daily processing capacity, Ferrant PHE supplies the world's leading flavor houses with premium Allium ingredients.

Our facility features 4 giant extractors made of 316L Stainless Steel (Food & Pharma grade). This allows us to process 30 Metric Tons of raw material every single day.

We are committed to sustainability. Our steam is generated by a biomass boiler fueled by recycled plant waste and thuya branches, closing the ecological loop.
